  • 疫情期間特別Q&A
目前開放兩種購物模式:
      • 店內購物:週二~週六 10am-6pm;週日、週一:10am-4pm
        • 網路下單:目前提供到店取貨CT/NH 定點取貨UPS郵寄,以及麻州部分區域的宅配服務
        1. 目前供貨不穩,如遇商品短少,將於3天內退款給您。
        2. 目前生鮮蔬菜品質難控管,您可於提貨時查看品項,不滿意可當下退貨;但售出後一概不接受退換。
        3. 如需加購:
          店取訂單 - 請自行於店取當日10am之前下單;
          宅配訂單 - 請自行於宅配當日10am之前下單,並作以下註明:
          (1)購物車備註欄填入 "combine delivery # (order number)"
          (2)選擇「店取」,日期選擇與原宅配日同一天。
          *加單若選擇「宅配」而再次支付運費小費,運費將以購物金 (Gift Card) 退回,員工/司機小費恕不退還。
        4. UPS 訂單 - 請於寄貨日前聯繫線上客服(附上訂單編號、姓名、加購清單)
        5. 如有問題,請聯繫線上客服 (目前不提供電話客服)
      • FAQ during COVID-19 period
        • In-Store Shopping: 10am-6pm on Tue-Sat; 10am-4pm on Sun&Mon.
        • Online Shopping: We offer store pickup (Tue: 3:30-5:30pm, Sat: 12:30-5:30pm), home delivery, CT/NH pickup and UPS shipping. 
        1. The refund will be issued 3-5 business days after order is fulfilled.
        2. Sales of produce, other perishable and face mask product are final.
        3. If you'd like to add orders for pickup, please place orders before the pickup date at 10am.
          If you'd like to add orders for delivery, please place your order before 10am on the day of delivery, and make the following note:
          (1) Fill in "combine delivery # (order number)" in the remarks column of the shopping cart
          (2) Select "Store pickup", and the date selection is the same as the original delivery date.
          *If you choose "Home Delivery" and pay the shipping fee/ tips again, it will be regarded as a new order and the tips won't be refunded.
          If you'd like to add orders for UPS shipping, please provide the order number, customer name and add-on list for online costumer service before the shipping date.

        Q2:宅配服務(Delivery Service)和UPS郵寄(UPS Shipping)有什麼不同?

        宅配服務與UPS皆為送貨到府的服務,主要的差別在於:

        1. 服務範圍:宅配服務為麻州部分區域,UPS郵寄為美國各州(NY, NJ, etc.)。
        2. 品項限制:宅配服務無品項限制,UPS郵寄則無法寄冷凍/冷藏食品和生鮮蔬菜。

        Q3:什麼是UPS郵寄(UPS shipping),運費多少錢?

        如果您的所在地,離我們的 Framingham 實體店距離較遠或跨州,將無法使用宅配服務;但您可以選擇郵寄 (UPS Shipping) 服務,訂單沒有最低訂購量,運費將依照您的距離以及商品的重量進行計算。您可以試著加幾件商品到購物車,並參照此教學,於結帳頁第二步查看運費與寄送天數。

        溫馨提醒:UPS郵寄無法寄送冷凍/冷藏食品和生鮮蔬菜哦。

        Q5:我什麼時候能到店取貨?

        取貨日為下單時選擇的日期/時間。在會員登入狀態,您可點選 My Order 查詢訂單取貨日,我們也會在前一天會發郵件通知。
        (取貨時請告知訂單編號。另外,因取貨以訂單編號為準,請勿分享訂單編號給他人)

          

        Q6:請問可以在第一筆訂單的取貨/送貨時間前追加商品嗎?

        店取訂單如要追加,請自行下單,並於取貨時告知訂單編號。
        宅配訂單、UPS 郵寄訂單如要追加,請聯繫網路客服,將為您修改訂單並寄發付款連結。

         

        Q7:商品會如何包裝?

        商品分為乾貨與冷凍生鮮兩大類,這兩類將分開包裝。
        乾貨包裝:為了響應環保,福爾摩沙超市將二次使用「乾淨完好」的貨品紙箱。
        冷凍/生鮮包裝:將使用特殊保溫技術並以全程控溫的方式運送,以確保食品的品質及安全。(生鮮與乾貨會分開包裝)

         

        2. 訂單與付款問題

        Q1:請問目前的付款方式有哪些? 

        A:您可以使用Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, JCB 等信用卡/簽帳金融卡。

         

        Q2:請問如何知道我喜歡的商品是否到貨?

        A:您可以將商品加入wish-list,到貨時會立即通知。

         

        3. 會員折扣

        Q1:請問要如何查詢福幣,最近是否有福幣活動呢?

        A:福幣會在特定時間進行結算,完成計算後以郵件通知您,須注意福幣僅能在實體店使用,無法在網站使用福幣折扣。疫情期間,為避免顧客同時來店,增加群聚交叉感染的風險,將暫停福幣活動,造成不便敬請見諒。

         

        Q2:最近在網站上有看到節日相關優惠,但我卻沒有收到通知郵件?

        A:優惠郵件都會寄送給會員,若您未收到,請查看垃圾郵件;若您曾經取消訂閱福爾摩沙超市 EDM,需要重新訂閱,請洽客服協助。

           

        1. Shipping & Delivery

        Q1: How can I receive my product?

        1. Store pickup (at a designated time):

        2. Pickup in CT/NH
        3. Delivery Service: Local delivery to some areas within MA.
        4. UPS shipping: to all American States: NY, NJ, etc.

         

         Q2: What's the difference between Delivery Service and UPS Shipping?

        1. Scope of Service: Delivery Service can be delivered to some areas within MA. UPS can be shipped to all American States: NY, NJ, etc.
        2. Item Restrictions: There are no item restrictions for Delivery Service. Frozen / refrigerated products and some produce can't be shipped.

        Q3: What is UPS shipping, how much is the shipping fee?

        A: If you live outside of MA or far from Formosa Market, you can choose UPS shipping. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the distance you live and the weight of your order. There’s no minimum order. Welcome to add some items and follow the instruction, to know the shipping fee and business day.
        ** Frozen/refrigerated products and some produce can't be shipped by UPS. 

         

        Q4: When do your store open?

        A: In-Store shopping:

        • Tue-Sat: 10am-6pm
        • Sun&Mon: 10am-4pm

        Online shopping and store pickup:

        • Tue: 3:30-5:30pm
        • Sat: 12:30-5:30pm

         

        Q5: How do I know the pickup date / time?

        A: The pickup date / time is what you selected when checkout. In the member login status, you can click My Orders to check the order pickup date, and we will also send an email notification the day before.
        (Please inform the order number when picking up. In addition, please do not share the order number with others since pickup is subject to the order number)

          

        Q6: I want to add more products to my first order. How can I merge my orders before my original pickup/delivery date of the first order?

        A: If you want to add orders to be picked up at the store, please place the order online and inform the order numbers when picking up the goods.
        If you want to add orders to be delivered to home or shipped out by UPS, please contact online customer service. We will edit the order and send you a payment link.
         

        2. Order & Payment 

        Q1: What are accepted payment methods for Formosa Market?

        A: Credit Card/ Debit Card are our primary payment method to use in Formosa Market, including Visa, Master Card, AMEX,  Discover, and JCB, etc.

         

        Q2: How can I know whether my interested product arrives? 

        A: You can add the product into your wishlist, and we will inform you as soon as your goods arrive. 

         

        Q3: How can I search for a product I want?

        A: Search Tips:

        1. Keep your keywords as short as possible: 
        2. Add brand name to make your search more specific
        3. Use related keywords- ex: noodle/ramen; seaweed/nori

         

        3. Membership

        Q1: How can I know my Rewards Dollars? 

        A: Normally we calculate Rewards Dollars every month and inform our members by email after the amount of Reward Dollars is calculated. Members can use Reward Dollars in our physical store.

        However, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the discount of Reward Dollars will be suspended until the outbreak is over to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and prevent cross-infection in the store. 

         

        Q2: I have seen some holiday discounts on the website, but I have not received any notification email.

        A: We send our special offers to all of our members by email. If you don’t receive any Formosa EDM, please check the spam mail. If you have unsubscribed Formosa EDM and want to rejoin the subscription list, please contact us for assistance.
