金蘭食品，是台灣的食品公司於1936年由鍾番成立於台灣日治時期，新竹桃園郡桃源街，最初名稱為“大同商事株式會社”，創立之初，因鍾番深受台灣詩人文藝與日本文化交錯影響，加上本身對於文人風雅養蘭頗具心得，故以蘭花起名，搭配富貴之意，而取名“金蘭”為其醬油品牌名稱，其融合從中國傳來的豆麥釀造、日本流傳的日式醬油釀造術，與台灣本地的來再式釀造法之特性。
 
金蘭醬油經近80年的釀造技術，經常時間成熟後得，醬油呈宗紅色，為台灣家喻戶曉的調味料，添加適量砂糖及調味劑，使口感更加調和，甜鹹適中，使調理效果更能發揮！
