金蘭食品,是台灣的食品公司於1936年由鍾番成立於台灣日治時期,新竹桃園郡桃源街,最初名稱為“大同商事株式會社”,創立之初,因鍾番深受台灣詩人文藝與日本文化交錯影響,加上本身對於文人風雅養蘭頗具心得,故以蘭花起名,搭配富貴之意,而取名“金蘭”為其醬油品牌名稱,其融合從中國傳來的豆麥釀造、日本流傳的日式醬油釀造術,與台灣本地的來再式釀造法之特性。
金蘭醬油經近80年的釀造技術,經常時間成熟後得,醬油呈宗紅色,為台灣家喻戶曉的調味料,添加適量砂糖及調味劑,使口感更加調和,甜鹹適中,使調理效果更能發揮!
