退換貨政策

首先，感謝您在福爾摩沙超市購物。如果您有修改、退貨或商品相關問題，我們將盡力為您提供協助。若您收到的商品有以下情況，請於收到商品後 24 小時內，提供商品照片及訂單編號，透過 Email / WeChat / Line 與我們聯絡，以便協助您辦理退款或退換貨：

• 商品破損、過期或品質異常

• 商品或數量錯誤

• 商品保存期限過短

商品保存期限說明

• 一般商品：效期至少 45 天以上

• 折扣商品：效期介於 7–45 天

由於各國食品法規不同，商品日期可能標示為製造日或有效期限，日期格式也可能不同，例如：

• 日日 / 月月 / 年年

• 月月 / 日日 / 年年

• 年年 / 月月 / 日日

• 年年 / 月月

乾貨換貨說明

• 未拆封之常溫商品，可憑訂單編號於收到商品後 7 日內，至 Framingham 門市更換其他商品。

• 已標示效期之折扣商品，一經售出，恕無法退換。

• 冷藏、冷凍商品及蔬菜等生鮮商品，基於食品安全與法規考量，商品售出後恕不接受退換貨。

Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Formosa Market. If you receive any damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photos of the product

• Your order number

Please contact us via Email, WeChat, or Line so we can assist you with an exchange or refund request.

Shelf Life Policy

• Regular products: minimum 45 days shelf life

Please note that product labels may display either manufacturing dates or expiration dates depending on the country of origin. Date formats may also vary.

Exchange Policy

• Unopened shelf-stable merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt at our Framingham store with your order number.

• Clearance items with marked expiration dates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Refrigerated, frozen, and fresh produce items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.
